Welcome to SKAIFR. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "you") and Sky Crafy Company ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, dashboard, trading tools, referral program, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at registration, depositing funds, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Platform Trust Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Account — Your registered SKAIFR profile, identified by username and unique Member ID.
• Authentication — Identity verification (KYC) reviewed and approved by platform administrators.
• Balance — Your total account funds available on the Platform, displayed as USD equivalent.
• Daily session earnings — Platform-calculated amounts from approved daily click sessions, based on published tier rules.
• Planet Tier — Your rank level (Mercury through Neptune) based on balance and qualified team requirements.
• Qualified Layer 1 — A direct referral who is authenticated and maintains at least $100.00 balance.
• Withdrawal — A request to transfer funds from your Platform balance to an external USDT wallet.

2. Eligibility & account ownership

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any territory where use of the Services is prohibited by applicable law.

• One personal account per individual unless expressly authorized in writing by Sky Crafy Company administration.
• You may not register on behalf of another person without proper authorization.
• Corporate or institutional accounts require prior approval and separate agreement.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with local regulations.

3. Registration & account security

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including username, email, phone number, and referral code (if applicable). You agree to update your profile promptly when information changes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
• We may require password resets, additional verification, or temporary locks when suspicious activity is detected.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts to third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Identity authentication (KYC)

To protect members and the integrity of the Platform, authentication may be required before deposits, withdrawals, daily profit trading, or other features are enabled. You agree to submit genuine identity documents and accurate profile details.

• Accepted documents may include national ID card, passport, or driving license as displayed in your dashboard.
• False, altered, or third-party documents will result in rejection, suspension, or permanent account closure.
• Authentication decisions are made at the sole discretion of authorized administrators.
• We may re-request verification if documents expire, details change, or compliance review is required.

5. Platform services

SKAIFR provides a member dashboard including market reference data, structured daily platform sessions, team referral tracking, planet tier progression, deposit and withdrawal processing, and account history. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Platform displays market reference prices sourced from third-party providers for your convenience within the dashboard interface.

6. Deposits & funding

You must send USDT on the TRC20 network to the deposit code displayed in your deposit panel. Each member receives a unique code from our pool that refreshes every hour. Deposits sent to incorrect codes, wrong networks, or other assets may be lost. SKAIFR is not responsible for user-side transfer errors on blockchain networks.

7. Daily platform sessions

• Minimum balance to start sessions: $100.00
• Daily sessions consist of up to 15 clicks per calendar day
• Daily reset occurs at midnight US Eastern Time
• Session earnings are calculated per published planet tier rules
• Profit is distributed across clicks according to the Platform's internal schedule algorithm
• Automated scripts, bots, click manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities is prohibited
• We may adjust schedules, rates, or session rules to maintain platform fairness and stability

8. Planet tiers & one-time rewards

Planet rank reflects published balance and qualified Layer 1 team requirements. Each tier may include a higher session rate and a one-time platform credit per published rules:

One-time rewards become available when you qualify for a tier. Open Trading, tap Claim Reward, and the amount is added to Available Assets exactly once per tier per account. If your tier decreases (for example, after a withdrawal) and you later re-qualify, previously claimed rewards will not be paid again. Planet requirements including minimum balance and qualified Layer 1 counts are published in your dashboard and Help Center.

9. Team, referrals & commissions

The referral program tracks up to three layers of team members. When qualified downline members earn daily profit, upline members may receive commission bonuses funded by the Platform — these commissions are not deducted from downline earnings.

• Layer 1 commission: 13% of downline click profit
• Layer 2 commission: 9% of downline click profit
• Layer 3 commission: 5% of downline click profit
• Layer 4 and above: 0% — no commission beyond the first three referral levels

Prohibited conduct includes self-referrals, duplicate accounts, falsified team structures, incentivized sign-ups with no genuine activity, and any scheme designed to exploit commission mechanics. Violations may result in commission reversal, account suspension, and forfeiture of pending rewards.

10. Withdrawals, fees & holds

If a withdrawal is rejected, your balance and daily profit settings are restored according to Platform rules. Approved withdrawals are final. You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible wallet address. Withdrawals may be delayed for compliance review, suspicious activity investigation, or technical processing reasons.

11. Fees, bonuses & adjustments

All applicable fees, bonuses, penalties, and reward rates are disclosed in your dashboard and Help Center before you take action. We reserve the right to correct obvious calculation errors, reverse fraudulent transactions, and adjust accounts found to have benefited from system abuse — with notice where appropriate.

12. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin panels, servers, or databases
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with Platform code or infrastructure
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful automated traffic
• Misrepresent your identity, documents, payment sources, or referral relationships
• Harass administrators, support staff, or other members

13. Intellectual property

All Platform content including logos, design, software, text, graphics, and trade names are owned by or licensed to Sky Crafy Company. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

14. Suspension, termination & forfeiture

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail authentication review, or if required by law. Upon termination, access to the Platform ceases. Pending withdrawals may be processed or cancelled based on investigation outcomes. We are not obligated to pay rewards derived from prohibited conduct.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC FINANCIAL RESULTS.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. For personal financial decisions, we encourage consulting qualified professionals. Our platform is designed to be straightforward and member-friendly.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKY CRAFY COMPANY AND ITS OPERATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the total deposits you submitted in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sky Crafy Company and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

18. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact platform support and allow a reasonable period (minimum 30 days) for good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be handled according to applicable law in the jurisdiction designated by platform administration, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted in the Help Center and on public legal pages with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request account closure subject to pending obligations.
